🚐 Refund & Returns Policy

We’re campers, not magicians. If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered — flick us a message within 14 days of delivery and we’ll sort it (refund, exchange, or store credit).

👉 What we don’t do:

Refunds for change of mind (pick carefully, mate 😉).

Refunds after you’ve used it and realised your dog prefers the box it came in.

Returns outside the 14-day window.

You cover the return shipping unless it’s our stuff-up.
