Do you ship overseas?

Nah, we’re keeping it Aussie for now. But if you’re desperate in New Zealand, hit us up and maybe we’ll chuck it on the ferry 🛳️.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, debit card, PayPal… pretty much anything except rocks from your favourite campsite.

How long does shipping take?

Usually 3–7 business days. Add a couple more if you live somewhere your postie has to ride a camel, dinghy or tractor to get to.

Can I return or exchange gear?

Yep — as long as it’s unused, clean, and hasn’t done a lap around the mud at the camp ground.
